Vendors can create listings for their services to receive leads from customers looking for options like taxis, hotels, or other travel-related queries.

2. Registration and Account

Vendors must create an account on YatraSeller.com to access services and list their offerings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Vendor Fees

Vendors are required to pay a fee to get listed and receive leads through our platform. The fee structure is outlined on the platform. YatraSeller.com charges no fees to customers, as they are only provided information and options for services without any charges or obligations.

4. Refund Policy

As detailed in our Refund Policy, YatraSeller does not offer refunds for the services we provide. Our offerings are digital services (vendor listings and lead generation) and not physical products. Once a plan is purchased, it cannot be refunded.

5. Customer Queries

Customers can search for available services like taxis or hotels for specific needs (e.g., airport drops) and ask queries regarding services. Vendors will be provided with the leads generated from these queries.

6. No Warranty

We do not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the leads provided, as they are based on customer searches and interests. YatraSeller is not responsible for the actions or quality of services provided by listed vendors.

7. Termination

YatraSeller reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of our terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or the services offered by the vendors.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan High Court. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur.
